Connecticut Small Business Development Center (CSBDC) is a statewide organization providing professional consulting to the small and medium-sized business community without charge. Assistance is available for accounting, financial analysis, management, marketing, business plans and loan packaging. The CSBDC also provides a broad program of training and education and research projects to help small businesses.

Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission or CARF is a private, non-profit organization that accredits programs and services in Adult Day Services, Assisted Living, Behavioral Health, Employment and Community Services, and Medical Rehabilitation. CARF develops and maintains practical and relevant standards of quality for such programs.
