CW Resources School to Work is a transition program that allows young adults who have not aged out of secondary school to experience vocational training and career exploration based on their interests.

CW Resources School to Work program works directly with local and private school systems in area towns as its source of funding. CW works to provide an individual with skills that will allow for greater success upon graduation. This also serves as an educational program for parents and guardians preparing to support students leaving the school system.
Our School to Work program can be used to supplement education and is flexible to work around school requirements. CW also works with the State Department of Aging and Disability Services’ Level Up program which prepares young adults for the world of work.
